Subject	Hard to shift into 1st and reverse

Message	I have an non-turbo 300zx. Recently, it has been very hard to engage first or reverse from neutral. When I press on the clutch, I can move the shifter, however, the shifter wont go into 1st or reverse without a great amount of effort. Shifting out of / from any other gear is a little tight but not bad. What could this possibly be? Thanks for the help! Also, I do not have any grinding between any gears. I have looked under the hood, and the fluid level looks fine. Color may be a bit dark, but I just looked at night.
